Early online Black Friday sales
The Thanksgiving weekend plays a major traditional celebration in U.S. Americans will spend around $5.57 billion online shopping during Thanksgiving and Black Friday, with retail giants dominating online transactions.
Retail giants starts the holiday shopping season by offering “early Black Friday” sales. Retailers try to get consumers to shop all month long as opposed to only on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.
However, this year’s Black Friday with a lot of stuffing between online stores, such as Amazon and Walmart.
Consumers may benefit from this competition, as some retailers dangle low prices on TVs and other technology to entice shoppers out of their homes, said Phil Dengler of BestBlackFriday.com, which tracks deals.
“Stores do want to offer something that will get them through the doors, because it’s more of an incentive to buy if they’re in the location,” Dengler said.
Overall holiday sales this year are forecast to rise as much as 4 percent to $682 billion, the National Retail Federation predicts.
There are three huge early Black Friday 2017 sales that are live right now and will be throughout the weekend.

The retail giant launches “Black Friday Deals Week,” and it’s a long-week sale in celebration of Black Friday. Amazon announced thousands of discounted items.
